• For just a $50 deposit your spot is reserved.
• The earlier you apply the quicker we can give you a mailing address.
• Common application and administrative fees apply to the 1^st month’s rent (a $250 savings).
• If for some reason we don't have your apartment available we’ll refund your deposit.
